9th IEEE International Conference on Network Softwarization
19–23 June 2023 // Madrid, Spain
Boosting Future Networks through Advanced Softwarization

Publication and No-Show Policy

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain any plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference or journal at the same time (double submission). These issues are taken very seriously and NetSoft will take actions against any author who has engaged in either practice. Please see the IEEE Web Page on Plagiarism and the IEEE Web Page on Double Submission.

To be published in the NetSoft 2023 Conference Proceedings and to be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Author (member or non-member) rate, and the paper must be presented in person at the conference by one of the registered co-authors. For example, a registered Student may present a paper when the paper is covered with the author registration of the Student advisor.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid in due time by the author registration deadline.

Particularly important

Once an Author is registered at the author rate, any co-author may present the paper provided that he is duly registered to the conference. In particular, Students are allowed present their paper while registered as Students provided that the paper is duly covered with an Author registration. If he/she is the only co-author to be registered, he/she must register as a regular Author.

However, please note that ComSoc Student Members are eligible to a Student Travel Grant. Presenters who are not yet member are thus encouraged to join ComSoc.

It is possible to transfer an author registration to a co-author. If so, a request should be made in writing and email to e.gaerlan@comsoc.org by Friday, 9 June 2023. Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration.
